# Manager, Business Support – ADNOC

ADNOC Distribution is looking for a Manager, Business Support to help monitor operations and drive quality and cost discipline across its retail and distribution network of sites. This role sits at the intersection of operations oversight and continuous improvement, working to make sure sites across the network are running consistently and in line with company guidelines.

A core part of the job is tracking operational performance data across the site network, spotting where quality or compliance is slipping, and working with site and regional teams to fix it before small issues become recurring ones. The role also carries real responsibility for identifying and proposing cost optimization initiatives, which means this isn’t just a monitoring function — it requires genuine analytical and problem-solving input into how the network runs.

Because ADNOC Distribution operates a large retail footprint, this Manager will need to balance network-wide consistency with the practical realities that different sites face, and will work with multiple layers of the organization, from frontline site teams to distribution management, to make that balance work.

This role suits someone who already has solid retail, distribution, or multi-site operations management experience and is comfortable combining performance monitoring with hands-on process improvement work.

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field

- Proven experience in operations monitoring, business support, or multi-site retail/distribution management

- Strong analytical skills for tracking quality, compliance, and cost performance across a network

- Experience proposing and implementing cost optimization or process improvement initiatives

- Comfort working across site-level, regional, and management stakeholders

- Proficiency with operational reporting tools and dashboards
