# Logistics Supervisor, AMZL – Amazon

This Logistics Supervisor role sits inside Amazon’s transportation network and is built around a specific mandate: drive both innovation and execution in a busy, high-throughput environment. Where some logistics supervisor roles are mostly about running an existing process well, this one also expects the person in it to spot where a process is slowing the operation down and push a fix, not just report the problem upward.

Expect responsibility for leading a shift team, keeping routes, loading and transportation schedules on track, and stepping in quickly when something goes wrong — a vehicle delay, a staffing gap, a volume spike.
