# Logistics Executive, Deliverty Partner Manager – Amazon

Amazon’s last-mile delivery network in the UAE runs through a web of independent Delivery Service Partners, and the Logistics Executive on the Delivery Partner Management team is the person keeping that network performing. Based in Dubai, this role sits inside Amazon’s broader Operations organization, acting as the day-to-day link between Amazon and the delivery partner companies that get packages to customers’ doors.

The work is operational and metrics-driven: tracking delivery partner performance against targets like on-time delivery and safety, flagging issues before they become customer-facing problems, and working directly with partner leadership to fix root causes – whether that’s route planning, staffing, or vehicle availability. Expect a fast pace, a lot of data, and a lot of direct conversations with partner teams who are themselves under pressure to hit daily delivery volumes.

It suits someone who’s comfortable being customer-obsessed and data-driven at the same time – someone who can look at a dashboard, spot where a delivery station is underperforming, and then go have the conversation that actually fixes it. Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations management is the natural background, and UAE market knowledge is a real advantage given how locally specific last-mile delivery constraints (traffic, building access, address formats) can be.

## Requirements

- Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or last-mile delivery operations

- Comfortable working with performance data and KPIs to drive operational decisions

- Strong stakeholder management skills to work directly with external delivery partner companies

- Problem-solving mindset with a bias for fast, practical fixes

- Familiarity with the UAE delivery landscape (traffic patterns, address/access challenges) is an advantage

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-heavy environment

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field
