# Insurance Assistant – Property Claims – Al-Futtaim Group

Orient Takaful PJSC, a subsidiary of Orient Insurance and part of Al-Futtaim Group, is looking for an Insurance Assistant to support the property claims function in Dubai, the part of the business that handles things after something has already gone wrong for a policyholder. The role exists to keep claims moving through the system accurately and on time, which matters enormously to a customer dealing with property damage.

The day-to-day work involves receiving and logging new property claims, gathering and verifying supporting documentation from policyholders, liaising with assessors or surveyors when a claim needs inspection, and keeping claim files organized and up to date so claims handlers and underwriters can make decisions without chasing missing paperwork. Accuracy and follow-through matter here more than speed alone, since a missing document or a misfiled detail can stall a claim that a customer is anxiously waiting on.

## Requirements

- Prior experience in an insurance, claims administration, or related financial services support role

- Comfort coordinating with assessors, surveyors, and internal claims handlers to keep a claim moving

- Basic understanding of property insurance claims processes; familiarity with takaful principles is an advantage

- Proficiency with standard office and claims management software
