# ICQA Supervisor – Amazon

Every item that moves through an Amazon delivery station has to be where the system thinks it is, in the condition the system thinks it’s in. The ICQA (Inventory Control and Quality Assurance) Supervisor in Dubai owns that integrity for the floor: leading a team of associates who run inventory accuracy checks, quality audits, and process compliance reviews across receiving, stowing, and dispatch.

The job runs on two tracks simultaneously. One is people leadership: scheduling the ICQA team, training associates on audit procedures, and holding the line on quality standards even when the rest of the floor is under pressure to move volume faster. The other is investigative: when a cycle count comes back off, or a damage rate ticks up on a particular line, the supervisor has to trace it back to a cause (a mis-scan, a training gap, a process defect) and fix it rather than just logging it.

Because ICQA sits at the intersection of operations and quality, the supervisor is also the person operations managers come to when they need a trustworthy read on what’s actually happening with inventory accuracy, so credibility and precision in reporting matter as much as the floor leadership itself.

## Requirements

- Prior experience in inventory control, quality assurance, or audit functions within a warehouse or distribution environment

- Strong attention to detail and comfort with root-cause investigation when data doesn’t reconcile

- Working knowledge of inventory management systems and basic reporting/data analysis

- Ability to hold quality standards under production pressure without compromising on accuracy
