# Guest Relations Officer – Automotive Showroom – Al-Futtaim Group

Al-Futtaim Automotive is hiring a Guest Relations Officer for one of its automotive showrooms in Dubai. This role works alongside the sales and customer service teams but isn’t itself a sales position — it’s focused on the overall experience of everyone who walks into the showroom, whether they’re there to buy a car, browse, or wait while a sales conversation happens elsewhere.

Day to day, expect the role to involve greeting and hosting visitors, managing the flow of guests through the showroom floor, coordinating refreshments and comfort while customers wait, and generally making sure the showroom feels premium and welcoming at every touchpoint — which matters more in automotive retail than it might seem, since a vehicle purchase is a significant decision and the environment around it shapes how confident customers feel making it.

It suits someone naturally warm and service-oriented, with genuine hospitality or guest-facing experience — hotels, premium retail, or airline/cabin crew backgrounds all translate well. Comfort working in a high-footfall, brand-conscious environment and the ability to read a room and anticipate what a guest needs before they ask matter more here than technical automotive knowledge.

## Requirements

- Experience in a guest-facing hospitality or premium retail role
