# Financial Analyst – Majid Al Futtaim

Majid Al Futtaim’s LifeStyle division is hiring a Financial Analyst to support its business development function – a role centered on research, competition mapping, feasibility analysis, and evaluating new business opportunities within the group’s lifestyle and leisure portfolio.

The day-to-day work involves researching market and competitor data to inform strategic decisions, building feasibility models for potential new initiatives or store formats, and presenting findings in a way business development leadership can act on. It’s an analytically heavy role that sits closer to strategy than transactional finance, requiring someone who’s comfortable moving between desk research and structured financial modeling.

It suits a finance professional with strong analytical skills and genuine curiosity about market dynamics and competitive positioning, who wants exposure to strategic business development decisions rather than routine financial reporting, and who’s comfortable working in a fast-moving lifestyle and retail business environment.

## Requirements

- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including feasibility analysis

- Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis

- Comfort presenting findings and recommendations to business development leadership

- Strong Excel and data analysis skills

- Genuine interest in retail, leisure, or lifestyle business dynamics
