# Fashion Consultant – Tory Burch, Mall of the Em – Chalhoub Group

Chalhoub Group is hiring a Fashion Consultant – Tory Burch, Mall of the Em for Tory Burch in Dubai. Chalhoub Group is a Dubai-founded, family-owned luxury retail and distribution business that has represented international beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands across the Middle East for more than seven decades. This is a customer-facing boutique or store role where the job is as much about the brand experience as it is about moving stock — luxury retail customers are typically buying the service and the story alongside the product.

Expect the day-to-day to revolve around styling and advising customers, hitting sales targets, maintaining visual and stock standards to brand expectations, and building the kind of repeat clientele relationships that matter a lot more in luxury retail than in mass-market retail. Where the role carries a management element, that extends to leading a small team, rostering, and being accountable for the store’s commercial performance.

Chalhoub Group will want someone with prior experience in luxury or premium retail, genuine product and styling knowledge, and the polish and consistency that premium clientele expect every single time they walk in, regardless of how the associate’s day has been going.

## Requirements

- Prior experience in luxury, premium or branded fashion retail

- Strong styling, product knowledge and client-advisory skills

- Track record against sales targets in a retail environment

- Polished, consistent customer-facing presentation and manner

- Comfortable with retail scheduling, including weekends, evenings and mall peak hours

- Store management or supervisory experience, where applicable to the level of the role

## Suggested Resume Keywords

luxury retail, client advisory, sales target, Tory Burch, visual merchandising, customer experience, styling, retail sales associate, store operations, UAE retail
