# Fashion Consultant – Level Shoes, Dubai Mall (E – Chalhoub Group

Level Shoes, one of the world’s largest luxury shoe destinations and part of Chalhoub Group’s six-decade luxury retail portfolio, is hiring a Fashion Consultant for its flagship Dubai Mall location. Level Shoes carries an enormous range of designer and luxury footwear under one roof, which means a consultant here needs genuinely broad product knowledge spanning multiple brands and styles, not expertise in a single label.

Day to day, the role covers guiding clients through Level Shoes’ extensive designer footwear collection, offering styling advice tailored to the customer’s needs and occasion, maintaining the store’s visual and service standards befitting a flagship luxury destination, and building client relationships that bring shoppers back for future purchases. Working at Dubai Mall specifically also means engaging with an unusually international customer base, given the mall’s status as one of the region’s top retail and tourism destinations.

It suits someone with luxury retail experience and genuine passion for fashion and footwear, comfortable working across a wide range of designer brands rather than specialising in just one, and confident engaging an international, discerning clientele.

## Requirements

- Previous experience in luxury or premium retail, ideally in fashion or footwear

- Broad product knowledge across multiple designer brands, or strong willingness to build it quickly

- Polished, client-focused communication skills suited to an international luxury customer base

- Strong styling and advisory skills to guide clients through a wide product range

- Ability to maintain visual merchandising and service standards befitting a flagship luxury store

- Flexibility to work retail hours typical of a major shopping destination, including weekends and peak tourist periods
