# Fashion Consultant – Level Shoes, Dubai Mall (E – Chalhoub Group

Level Shoes, the luxury footwear and accessories destination represented through Chalhoub Group, a partner and creator of luxury for over six decades across fashion, beauty, jewellery, and eyewear with the customer always kept at the heart of its business, is hiring a Fashion Consultant for its Dubai Mall boutique, a client-facing styling and sales role in one of the world’s most prominent luxury shopping destinations.

The role covers advising clients across Level Shoes’ curated multi-brand footwear and accessories offering, building genuine styling relationships rather than one-off transactions, and delivering the kind of personalized, knowledgeable service that distinguishes a specialist luxury destination from a standard retail environment. Because Level Shoes carries multiple luxury brands under one roof, the role also requires broad product knowledge across different designers and collections, not just a single brand’s range.

This suits someone with real passion for luxury footwear and fashion, comfortable engaging confidently with an international, often very discerning clientele at a high-footfall flagship location, and genuinely skilled at building client trust and loyalty. People who do well as fashion consultants in a multi-brand luxury environment combine broad product fluency with strong, authentic relationship-building instincts.

## Requirements

- Experience in luxury retail or a client-facing fashion or footwear sales role

- Genuine passion for luxury fashion and footwear, with willingness to build broad multi-brand product knowledge

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suited to an international clientele

- Polished, professional presence appropriate to a flagship luxury retail environment

- Comfortable with the commercial aspects of the role, including building client relationships that drive repeat visits

- Additional languages beyond English are a strong plus given Dubai Mall’s diverse customer base
