Dubai Full-time

Job Description

Chalhoub Group, a partner and creator of luxury experiences in the Middle East for over seven decades, is hiring an Executive Assistant to support its CEO in Dubai. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role requiring exceptional organizational skill and discretion at the most senior level of the business.

Day to day, the Executive Assistant manages the CEO’s calendar and travel, coordinates and prepares materials for senior leadership meetings and board interactions, handles sensitive correspondence and information with strict confidentiality, and acts as a key point of coordination between the CEO’s office and other senior stakeholders across the group’s luxury brand portfolio. Because the CEO’s time is one of the organization’s scarcest resources, the effectiveness of this role has outsized influence on how well senior leadership functions day to day.

This role suits an experienced executive assistant with a proven track record supporting C-suite executives, ideally within a large, complex, or multi-brand organization. Exceptional discretion, polish, and the ability to anticipate needs before being asked are all essential, alongside strong organizational and communication skills.

Impact of the Job

The CEO's time is one of the most valuable and scarce resources in the organization, and how effectively this role manages that time directly affects the CEO's ability to focus on strategic priorities rather than administrative burden. An Executive Assistant who anticipates needs, manages scheduling conflicts smoothly, and ensures the CEO is properly prepared for meetings and decisions has a real, if indirect, effect on the quality and speed of executive decision-making across the group. Because this role handles sensitive information and coordinates across senior stakeholders, discretion and judgment at this level also protect the confidentiality that's essential to how a large, multi-brand organization like Chalhoub operates at the top level. Well-managed executive support also shapes how smoothly the CEO's office interfaces with the rest of the organization, affecting the efficiency of senior leadership communication and coordination more broadly. Because the CEO's office often sets the tone for how the wider organization operates, the professionalism and reliability of this role also has a quiet but real influence on organizational culture.

Job Seeker Benefit

Supporting a CEO at a major, multi-brand luxury organization like Chalhoub Group offers exceptional visibility into how senior leadership actually operates and makes decisions, which is invaluable experience for anyone building a long-term career in executive support, business operations, or eventually broader corporate leadership. You'll build refined skills in executive-level organization, discretion, and stakeholder coordination that are highly portable and valued across any large or complex organization globally. Being trusted with sensitive, high-stakes coordination also builds significant professional credibility and a strong internal network across senior leadership, which can open doors to broader roles within the organization over time. For experienced executive assistants, a CEO-level role at a recognized, prestigious group like Chalhoub is one of the strongest credentials available in the profession, and the polish and judgment developed in this kind of role travels well into chief of staff or senior business operations positions later in a career. Because trust at this level is earned slowly and is genuinely rare to build, executive assistants who perform well in a CEO-facing role over time often find themselves considered for broader business operations, chief of staff, or special projects roles that draw directly on the judgment and organizational range built while supporting top leadership.
