# End User Support Senior Specialist – VIP IT Support – Majid Al Futtaim

Majid Al Futtaim Global Solutions is looking for an End User Support Senior Specialist to provide responsive, high-touch IT support to the organization’s VIP user base, typically senior executives and leadership who need issues resolved immediately and without friction. This is end user support at its most demanding tier: fast response times, discretion, and a service style that goes well beyond a standard helpdesk ticket queue.

Day to day, expect to handle hardware and software troubleshooting, device setup and configuration, and proactive support that catches problems before a VIP user even notices them. Working within MAF Global Solutions means supporting IT across a huge, diversified group, shopping malls, retail, leisure, and corporate functions, so the role also involves staying current on a wide range of systems and devices rather than one narrow stack.

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

- Several years of end user support experience, ideally including executive or VIP-level support

- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, and common enterprise software

- Excellent communication skills and a calm, discreet, service-first manner under pressure

- Experience with device provisioning, mobile device management, and remote support tools

- Ability to prioritize and respond rapidly when multiple urgent requests land at once

- Comfortable working flexible hours when senior leadership availability requires it
