# Emirati Talent – Senior Associate, Data Analyst – Majid Al Futtaim

Majid Al Futtaim’s Development arm supports Sales Operations with data and analytics, and this Emirati Talent Senior Associate Data Analyst role focuses on turning sales and operational data into insight that supports decision-making across the business. This is a UAE National talent development role designed to build local analytics capability within the group.

The day-to-day work involves building and maintaining reports and dashboards that track sales performance and operational metrics, analyzing trends to identify opportunities or risks, and working closely with Sales Operations stakeholders to understand what questions the business actually needs answered before diving into the data. A meaningful part of the role is translation: turning a business question into a data analysis, and then translating the analysis back into a clear recommendation that non-technical stakeholders can act on.

Because this sits within Sales Operations rather than a central data team, the role requires strong domain understanding of how a sales organization actually works, funnel metrics, deal cycles, performance tracking, in addition to general data analysis skill. Attention to data accuracy is critical, since sales leadership will make real commercial decisions based on this analyst’s reporting.

This is a strong opportunity for a UAE National early in an analytics career who wants hands-on exposure to how a major regional developer’s sales operations are run, combined with structured talent development support.

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field

- UAE National (Emirati) candidate, in line with the role’s talent development focus

- Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a strong plus

- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations

- Good communication skills for working with Sales Operations stakeholders

- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

- Interest in real estate, sales operations, or business analytics
