# Delivery Partner Manager, AE, MEATR DSP – Amazon

Amazon’s last-mile delivery in much of the world runs through Delivery Service Partners — independently owned courier companies that operate under Amazon’s brand and standards. This role manages the relationship with those partner businesses across the MEATR region (Middle East, Africa, Turkey, Russia), acting as what Amazon describes as equal parts advisor and operating partner: not managing DSPs as vendors from a distance, but coaching them as businesses.

Day to day, the work involves reviewing each DSP’s operational performance — delivery metrics, safety records, cost efficiency, driver management — and working directly with DSP owners and their leadership teams to improve it. That can mean helping a partner rethink route planning, tightening up safety practices, improving driver retention, or working through the financial and operational challenges of running a growing delivery business. It’s relationship management, but with real operational substance behind it.

Because DSPs are independent businesses, not Amazon employees, a large part of the role is influence rather than direct authority — building enough trust and credibility with partner leadership that recommendations actually get implemented. That requires genuinely understanding small business operations, not just Amazon’s internal metrics, and translating Amazon’s standards into practical guidance a partner can act on with their own resources and constraints.

This suits someone who enjoys a mix of operations, coaching, and account management — comfortable reading performance data, but equally comfortable in a conversation with a business owner about what’s realistic for their operation. Experience in logistics, operations management, or business consulting/coaching translates well, especially for anyone who wants exposure to how last-mile delivery actually gets run at scale.

## Requirements

- Experience in operations management, logistics, account management, or business consulting/coaching

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret operational and performance data

- Excellent relationship management and influencing skills, particularly with external business owners

- Understanding of last-mile delivery operations, or willingness to learn the DSP model quickly

- Ability to travel across the MEATR region to visit partner operations

- Strong communication skills for coaching conversations at multiple levels of a partner organization

- Comfort operating with significant ambiguity and adapting guidance to different partner business contexts

- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
