# Delivery Partner Manager, AE, MEATR DSP – Amazon

Amazon’s last-mile deliveries in the UAE run largely through its Delivery Service Partner (DSP) programme — independent small business owners who operate fleets of branded vans under Amazon’s standards and processes. A Delivery Partner Manager is Amazon’s operating partner and coach to a set of these DSPs: part advisor, part performance manager, helping delivery business owners run safe, efficient, and financially healthy operations.

The role blends operations and relationship management. On any given week, expect to review delivery performance data (on-time rates, safety incidents, cost per package), sit down with DSP owners to work through what’s driving underperformance, and help them apply Amazon’s playbooks for route planning, driver scheduling, and vehicle utilization. Because DSPs are running their own small businesses, part of the job is genuinely commercial — helping an owner understand their unit economics, not just hitting Amazon’s metrics.

It suits someone who’s operationally minded and comfortable holding two things at once: enforcing Amazon’s safety and service standards firmly, while also acting as a genuine advisor who wants the DSP business to succeed. Experience in logistics, fleet operations, or small business consulting all translate well, and the role rewards people who are as comfortable on a warehouse floor or in a delivery station as they are in a performance review meeting.

## Requirements

- Experience in logistics, operations, fleet management, or last-mile delivery

- Comfort analyzing operational data (on-time delivery, safety, cost metrics) to identify root causes

- Strong coaching and relationship-management skills with small business owners or external partners

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational experience

- Willingness to work variable hours and spend time at delivery stations, not just a desk

- Clear communicator who can hold partners accountable while staying constructive

- Valid UAE driving license typically required given the fieldwork involved
