# Customer Interaction Center Representative – Al Tayer Group

Al Tayer Group is hiring a Customer Interaction Center Representative in Sharjah. Al Tayer Group, through its retail arm Al Tayer Insignia, has represented luxury fashion, home and automotive brands across the UAE for more than 40 years. This role sits inside front-line customer service — handling inbound calls or counter interactions, resolving queries, and keeping service standards consistent even when volumes spike.

Expect a structured, metrics-aware environment: call handling time, resolution rates and customer satisfaction are all typically tracked, and the job is as much about staying composed and consistent across a high volume of interactions as it is about any single conversation. Where the role carries a supervisory element, that extends to coaching junior staff and handling escalations that front-line agents can’t resolve alone.

Al Tayer Group will want someone with genuine call-centre or front-line customer service experience, a clear, patient communication style, and the resilience to stay professional through repetitive or sometimes frustrating interactions, shift after shift.

## Requirements

- Prior experience in a call centre, customer service or front-line support role

- Clear, patient verbal communication, including with frustrated or distressed customers

- Comfortable working against service-level metrics (handling time, resolution rate, CSAT)

- Basic proficiency with CRM or call-logging systems

- Resilience and consistency across high call volumes

- Arabic and English language skills are an advantage in this market
