# Compliance Manager – Governance and Risk – Majid Al Futtaim

Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is hiring a Compliance Manager – Governance and Risk in Dubai, tasked with implementing a unified compliance framework across Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment (MAFE) and Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle (MAFL). This is a specialist governance role, focused on building consistent compliance standards across two related but distinct business lines.

The work involves designing and rolling out compliance policies and processes that work across both MAFE and MAFL, working with stakeholders across both businesses to embed those standards into everyday operations, and monitoring compliance performance to catch and address gaps. Because the role spans two business units rather than one, a meaningful part of the job is about building consensus and consistency across teams that may have previously operated with their own separate approaches.

It suits an experienced compliance or governance professional who’s comfortable designing frameworks from the ground up and managing the stakeholder complexity of implementing consistent standards across multiple business lines within a large group.

## Requirements

- Significant experience in compliance, governance, or regulatory risk management

- Experience designing and implementing compliance frameworks across a business or multiple business units

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive consistency across different teams

- Good understanding of entertainment, leisure, or retail regulatory environments is an advantage

- Strong analytical and reporting skills to monitor and communicate compliance performance

- Relevant professional qualification in compliance, governance, risk, or law preferred
