# Change Manager, AMZL UAE – Amazon

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is the last-mile delivery arm that gets packages from Amazon’s stations to customers’ doors across the UAE, and a Change Manager inside that operation exists to make sure the network can absorb new processes, new tools and new volume without breaking down at the seams. This is not a technical role in the software sense — it is an organizational one, focused on how a fast-growing, high-throughput operation actually adapts in practice.

The day-to-day work centres on planning and rolling out operational changes across delivery stations: new standard operating procedures, new safety protocols, system or process updates, and the training and communication that has to go with each one. Expect a lot of time spent with station leaders and frontline associates, translating a change that looks simple on paper into something that works reliably at 2am during peak volume. Basic qualifications for the role typically start at a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of direct Amazon experience, reflecting how much of the job depends on knowing how AMZL actually runs day to day.

It suits someone who is comfortable being the person in the room pushing a change through amid resistance or operational pressure, and who can read a process map as easily as they can read a room of warehouse associates who are skeptical of “yet another new initiative.” Project management instincts, clear written communication and a tolerance for the unglamorous parts of change rollout — documentation, training materials, follow-up audits — matter more here than any single technical skill.

For someone early or mid-career in operations, this is a chance to build change management experience inside one of the most tightly measured logistics networks in the region, with the kind of exposure to scale and process rigor that is hard to get anywhere else.

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of equivalent Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience

- Experience in operations, logistics, or a change/process management function

- Strong written and verbal communication skills for training and stakeholder updates

- Comfort working across multiple delivery stations and with frontline teams

- Project management or process-improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar is a plus)

- Ability to manage several change initiatives in parallel under tight operational timelines

- Data literacy sufficient to track rollout progress and flag issues early
