# Change Manager, AMZL UAE – Amazon

This Change Manager role sits inside Amazon Logistics (AMZL) in the UAE, the network of delivery stations and last-mile operations that gets packages from Amazon’s fulfillment centers to customers’ doors. The job exists because a network running at Amazon’s scale and speed cannot absorb new processes, new tools, or new site launches without a structured way to plan, communicate, and land that change without disrupting delivery performance.

Day to day, the role means mapping out what a change actually touches: the people on the ground at delivery stations, the standard operating procedures they follow, the systems that track volume and routes, and the metrics leadership watches. The Change Manager builds rollout plans, writes and tests training materials, runs stakeholder briefings with station managers and area managers, and tracks adoption after go-live so that a change sticks rather than quietly reverting once attention moves elsewhere.

It is a role that lives at the intersection of operations and communication. Strong candidates are comfortable in a fast-moving logistics environment, can translate a process redesign into something a delivery station associate can follow on a busy shift, and are not afraid to go back to a plan that is not landing and fix it.

This suits someone who enjoys visible, measurable impact rather than abstract strategy work, and who wants exposure to how one of the world’s largest delivery networks actually runs on the ground in the UAE.

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience within an Amazon operations environment

- Experience planning and landing operational change in a logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain setting

- Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to simplify complex process changes

- Project management skills – planning, sequencing, and tracking multiple workstreams at once

- Willingness to spend time at delivery stations, not just behind a desk
