# Brand Specialist, Amazon Now – Amazon

Amazon Now is Amazon’s quick-commerce push in the UAE, and this Brand Specialist role sits at the point where that business model actually gets built: the relationships with the brands whose products end up on the virtual shelf. The job is to own those vendor relationships end to end, from onboarding a brand onto the platform through to keeping their catalog, pricing, and promotional activity running smoothly once they’re live.

Day to day, that means a lot of structured vendor conversations: agreeing commercial terms, tracking performance against targets, chasing down catalog gaps, and acting as the first point of contact when something on the brand side needs fixing fast, which in a quick-commerce model it regularly does. Because availability and speed are the whole value proposition for the customer, a meaningful chunk of the role is internal as well — coordinating with category, operations, and marketing teams so that what’s promised to a shopper is actually sitting in a dark store nearby.

It’s a role for someone who likes commercial work with a visible, short feedback loop. Quick commerce is still a young category even for a company as established as Amazon, which means processes aren’t fully set and the person in this seat will end up shaping some of them rather than just following a playbook. People who do well here tend to be comfortable negotiating, equally comfortable in a spreadsheet, and unbothered by the fact that priorities on a 10-15 minute delivery business can shift within a day.

## Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or a related field

- Experience in account management, vendor management, or category management, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG

- Comfortable negotiating commercial terms and managing partner relationships

- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills to track vendor and catalog performance

- Clear, confident communicator able to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders

- Able to operate with ambiguity in a fast-moving, still-developing business line
