# Billing Executive – NMC Healthcare

NMC Healthcare is hiring a Billing Executive for its operations in Sharjah. NMC Healthcare operates a network of private hospitals and clinics across the UAE, part of the wider NMC Health group, one of the region’s larger private healthcare providers. This is a non-clinical, operations-side role working inside patient billing and front-desk operations — the administrative and service layer that keeps patients moving through the system smoothly, around the clinical teams rather than inside them.

Day to day, that typically means direct interaction with patients or their families (in person or by phone), handling scheduling, billing, insurance or records accurately, and escalating anything that needs clinical or managerial attention. In a healthcare setting, small administrative mistakes have outsized consequences — a wrong appointment slot or a billing error isn’t just an inconvenience, it’s friction added to someone’s healthcare experience at a time they’re often already stressed.

NMC Healthcare will want someone with prior healthcare or front-office administrative experience, genuine comfort dealing with the public (including on harder days), and the kind of organisational discipline that keeps records and schedules accurate without constant supervision.

## Requirements

- Prior experience in a healthcare administration, patient access or front-office role

- Strong attention to detail with patient records, billing or scheduling systems

- Comfortable with high-volume phone or in-person interaction, including with distressed patients

- Working knowledge of UAE healthcare insurance processes is an advantage

- Clear, patient communication style

- Basic proficiency with hospital information systems / MS Office
