# Associate Operations Training & Onboarding – instashop – Talabat

instashop, part of the Delivery Hero/Talabat family, is hiring an Associate for Operations Training & Onboarding in Dubai. This role sits within instashop’s operations function, responsible for training and onboarding the people who keep its local marketplace and delivery operations running – whether that’s new hires joining operations teams or delivery partners being brought onto the platform.

The work centers on designing and delivering training: building onboarding materials and programs, running training sessions for new operations staff or partners, and making sure people are set up to perform well from day one rather than learning through trial and error on the job. Because instashop and Talabat operate at speed and scale, having a structured, repeatable onboarding process matters more than it might in a smaller, slower-moving business.

It suits someone with experience in training, onboarding, or learning & development within an operations-heavy environment, who’s comfortable building structured programs and then actually delivering them to a live, often rotating audience of new starters.

## Requirements

- Experience in training, onboarding, or learning & development, ideally within operations or logistics

- Strong presentation and facilitation skills to deliver training to groups

- Ability to design clear, structured onboarding materials and programs

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume operations environment

- Good organizational skills to manage onboarding across a rotating group of new starters

- Strong communication skills, adaptable to different audiences and backgrounds

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
