# Associate General Manager – Landmark Group

This role manages Landmark Group’s e-commerce business, owning revenue, profitability, conversion, and customer experience across digital channels. Day to day, that means setting and tracking e-commerce P&L targets, analyzing conversion and customer experience metrics, and working cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and technology teams to improve digital channel performance.

Because this is a general management role rather than a single-function one, a lot of the work involves connecting dots across teams that don’t naturally talk to each other – a merchandising decision that affects conversion, a tech issue that affects checkout completion, a marketing campaign that drives traffic but not necessarily the right traffic. Identifying and acting on growth opportunities across the online business is a continuous part of the mandate, not a one-off project.

This suits a senior e-commerce or digital retail leader with strong commercial and analytical instincts, ready to own business outcomes rather than just a function.

It’s a strong fit for someone who wants full P&L accountability for a digital retail business within a large, established group.

## Requirements

- Significant experience in e-commerce or digital retail management, ideally with full P&L ownership

- Strong analytical skills across conversion, revenue, and customer experience metrics

- Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and technology teams

- Track record of identifying and executing digital growth initiatives

- Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field; MBA a plus
