# Assistant Waiter – Restaurant Service – Apparel Group

Apparel Group is hiring an Assistant Waiter to support restaurant service operations within its hospitality and food and beverage portfolio, a less widely known but genuinely significant part of the group’s broader retail and lifestyle business. Assistant waiters support the dining experience directly, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and keeping tables and service areas running smoothly throughout a shift.

Expect the role to involve direct customer interaction, close coordination with kitchen and senior service staff, and the kind of attentive, efficient service that keeps a restaurant’s guests happy and coming back. Apparel Group’s hospitality operations are run with the same brand and service standards the group applies across its fashion and lifestyle retail businesses, which means genuine professionalism is expected even at entry-level service positions.

A strong candidate brings genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and customer service, along with the physical stamina and attentiveness that a busy restaurant service shift demands. This role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced, people-facing work environment and wants to build a career in hospitality service.

## Requirements

- High school education or equivalent; prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not always required

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods

- Good physical stamina for a role requiring standing and movement throughout shifts
