# Assistant, Supply – ADNOC

ADNOC is looking for an Assistant, Supply to support the day-to-day accuracy of product stock records across its supply operations. This is a detail-focused operational role responsible for maintaining daily stock registers, tracking transfers and deliveries, and making sure every product movement is properly recorded and reconciled.

The work involves reconciling PDN and PTN (product delivery/transfer note) records against meter readings, confirming transactions through ADNOC’s systems, and ensuring product notes are issued accurately and on time. Because product volumes and movements feed directly into financial and operational reporting elsewhere in the business, precision and consistency in this role matter more than they might appear to from the job title alone.

This role requires close coordination with operations and logistics teams to confirm that recorded stock movements match what’s physically happening on the ground, catching discrepancies before they turn into bigger reconciliation headaches downstream.

## Requirements

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field

- Experience maintaining stock registers, reconciliation records, or inventory documentation

- Familiarity with product delivery/transfer note (PDN/PTN) processes or equivalent stock movement documentation

- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail

- Comfort working with ERP or inventory management systems

- Ability to coordinate with operations teams to resolve discrepancies quickly
