# Assistant Manager – Human Resources – Landmark Group

Landmark Group, one of the GCC’s largest omnichannel retailers spanning the Middle East, India, Southeast Asia, and Africa, is hiring an Assistant Manager – Human Resources across the UAE. This is an operational HR role supporting the employee lifecycle across one of the region’s biggest retail employers, with real exposure to the scale and complexity that comes with managing HR across a large, multi-brand retail workforce.

The role covers core HR operations, including handling attrition, disciplinary matters, and performance improvement plans (PIPs), alongside making sure employee records and case documentation are accurately maintained within the group’s HR systems. This kind of work requires real attention to process and compliance discipline, since HR case handling — particularly disciplinary and attrition matters — needs to be documented correctly both to protect the employee and to protect the organization.

This suits an HR professional with solid operational HR experience, comfortable handling sensitive employee relations matters with both empathy and procedural rigor. ## Requirements
