# Assistant Manager – Buying (Men’s Wear) – Landmark Group

Splash, one of Landmark Group’s flagship fashion brands, is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead buying for its Men’s Wear range. The role covers the full buying cycle: researching trends and the competitive landscape, working with design and planning teams on assortment strategy, and owning revenue, margin, and sell-through targets. It also involves negotiating with vendors on cost and delivery, sourcing new suppliers, and overseeing product development through to shipment.

Requires 5+ years of buying experience, ideally in menswear, strong trend/fabric knowledge, and confident vendor negotiation skills.
