Job Description

Jumeirah is hiring a Learning & Development Administrator for its Human Resources team at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, one of its flagship Dubai resorts. This is an administrative support role within L&D, responsible for the coordination and logistics that keep a hotel’s training programs actually running — scheduling sessions, maintaining training records, and supporting the wider HR team in delivering colleague development across a large hospitality operation.

Hotels the size of Jumeirah Zabeel Saray run continuous training across departments — service standards, compliance, leadership development, onboarding for new colleagues — and the L&D Administrator is the person making sure that machinery runs smoothly: booking venues and facilitators, tracking attendance and completion, maintaining accurate training records, and handling the day-to-day administrative requests that come from a large, multi-department colleague base.

This role comes with a genuinely strong hospitality benefits package, including flights home, accommodation allowance, life insurance, and discounts across Jumeirah’s F&B outlets and hotel rates — a reflection of Jumeirah’s broader employee value proposition as one of the region’s leading luxury hospitality employers. It suits someone highly organized who enjoys HR and people development work, comfortable managing detail and process within a large, fast-moving resort environment.

Impact of the Job

In a luxury resort the size of Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, training and development are what keep service standards consistent across a large, diverse, multi-department colleague base — and none of that happens without the administrative backbone that schedules it, tracks it, and keeps records accurate. A well-run L&D administration function means training actually happens on schedule, compliance requirements are properly documented, and managers can trust that their team's development records are accurate when it matters — for promotions, audits, or performance reviews. When this administrative layer is weak, training slips, records go missing, and the whole L&D function loses credibility with the department heads who need to rely on it. For a luxury hospitality brand like Jumeirah, where guest experience quality is directly tied to how well-trained the workforce is, the reliability of this administrative function has a genuine, if indirect, line to the guest experience the resort ultimately delivers.

Job Seeker Benefit

An L&D administration role at a flagship luxury resort is a strong entry point into a hospitality HR career, offering direct exposure to how a major hotel structures training, compliance, and colleague development at scale. That exposure builds real HR process knowledge — training coordination, records management, compliance tracking — that's foundational for progressing into an L&D coordinator, HR generalist, or HR business partner role later on. Jumeirah is one of the region's most recognized luxury hospitality brands, and time spent within its HR function carries real weight for future hospitality HR career moves, both within the group's other properties and externally. The role's benefits package — flights home, accommodation allowance, life insurance, and F&B/hotel discounts — also reflects the kind of comprehensive hospitality employment package that makes working at a major resort brand an attractive long-term career base, not just a single job. It's also a role that builds genuine cross-departmental visibility within a large resort, since L&D administration touches every function that runs training, exposure that's valuable for anyone later aiming toward a broader HR generalist or HR business partner career. That visibility, combined with Jumeirah's standing as a leading hospitality brand, gives a strong performer real optionality for where their HR career goes next.
