About the Role
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, identify pain points, and recommend digitalization, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
Gather and translate business requirements into clear solution designs, workflows, and implementation plans.
Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
Build and optimize workflow automations using Power Automate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data insights using Power BI.
- Manage and maintain data solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint, and related Microsoft platforms.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to rapidly build prototypes, applications, and business solutions.
- Explore and implement emerging AI technologies such as Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and Generative AI solutions to improve business efficiency.
