Role Overview: The Intelligent Automation and Tech Innovation Manager will lead digital transformation initiatives, implementing AI, RPA, and intelligent process automation across Al Tayer’s diverse business portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver intelligent automation projects across business units including retail, automotive, and services
- Identify automation opportunities and build the business case for AI/RPA implementations
- Manage end-to-end deployment of RPA, AI, and ML solutions (using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism)
- Drive innovation programs and maintain awareness of emerging technology trends
- Collaborate with IT, operations, finance, and HR to streamline processes through automation
- Build and maintain an automation CoE (Center of Excellence)
- Mentor and develop junior automation engineers
- Present tech innovation roadmaps to senior leadership
Required Skills:
- Proven experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism)
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in business process automation
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience in digital transformation in retail or consumer goods industries
- Understanding of process mining and business intelligence tools
