micro1 is hiring a Human Data Manager (New Grad) to drive operational excellence at the intersection of data, technology, and AI. Design and manage robust data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis. Establish and monitor KPIs, analyze datasets to uncover actionable insights, develop reporting frameworks, and refine processes for scalability. Open to recent Bachelor or Master graduates in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Remote, full-time.
