Role Description
The Human Capital Intelligence Agent role sits at the intersection of AI engineering and HR technology. You will build intelligent systems that process, analyse, and generate insights from workforce data — helping G42 and its clients make smarter decisions about talent, performance, and organisational design through the power of AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered workforce intelligence solutions
- Build NLP models for talent data classification, search, and matching
- Integrate LLM capabilities into HR workflows and decision-support tools
- Collaborate with HR leaders and data engineering teams
- Ensure responsible AI principles are embedded in all people analytics tools
- Maintain and iterate on deployed models as business needs evolve
Requirements
- 3+ years in AI/ML engineering or data science
- Experience with NLP, LLMs, and vector databases
- Strong Python skills (transformers, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks)
- Familiarity with HR technology or people analytics platforms is a plus
- Understanding of responsible AI and algorithmic fairness
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
