Logiswift Inc. is on the hunt for an exceptional Head of Software Engineering to lead a talented team of .NET and C# engineers building cloud-scale applications in Dubai. This is a strategic leadership role for a hands-on architect who wants to shape the technical direction of a growing logistics-tech company in one of the world’s most dynamic business hubs.
About the Role
As Head of Software Engineering you will own the entire engineering lifecycle — from architectural decisions and sprint planning to code quality and team mentorship. You will work closely with product, DevOps and data teams to deliver scalable, highly available solutions that power real-time logistics operations across the UAE and GCC. The company follows agile methodologies and invests heavily in cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), so experience with cloud-native design patterns is essential.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
- Deep expertise in .NET / C# and cloud-scale application design (Azure or AWS)
- Proven ability to hire, mentor and grow engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong grasp of microservices, event-driven architecture and CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication skills to bridge engineering and business stakeholders
