Elpen Pharmaceutical, a leading European pharmaceutical company, is hiring a Head of Marketing for the MEA region based in Dubai. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced healthcare marketing professional ready to shape Elpen’s commercial strategy across a high-growth market.
About the Role
As Head of Marketing – MEA, you’ll define and execute brand and marketing strategies for Elpen’s pharmaceutical portfolio across Middle East and Africa. You’ll collaborate with medical affairs, regulatory, and sales teams, lead a regional marketing team, and manage agency relationships.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience, 3+ years in regional leadership
- Deep knowledge of MEA healthcare markets, regulatory frameworks, and HCP engagement strategies
- Proven track record developing successful brand strategies for pharmaceutical products
- Strong leadership and team management across multicultural environments
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred
