About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Head of Finance to lead our central finance function across a multi-market food group. Our businesses span food distribution serving foodservice and retail customers, and meat and seafood processing.
The role carries end-to-end responsibility for accounting, reporting, compliance, planning, liquidity and financial performance. You will lead the finance and accounting team, strengthen operational and financial controls, and provide management with clear information to support business decisions.
Group accounting, month-end close, consolidation and management reporting.
VAT, Corporate Tax, e-invoicing, statutory compliance and external audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Annual budgets, rolling forecasts, FP&A and performance analysis.
- Cash flow, treasury, banking, trade finance and working capital.
- Inventory valuation, product costing, production yield, waste and margins.
- Financial modelling for pricing, capital expenditure, funding, investments and expansion.
