Talents Tide is a UAE-based HR and staffing solutions company connecting leading organizations with top talent. They are recruiting a Head of Facilities Operations for a prestigious client organization in Dubai.
Role Overview: The Head of Facilities Operations will lead and manage all facilities management activities, ensuring world-class standards of service delivery across a large, multi-site estate in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hard and soft FM services including maintenance, cleaning, security, and landscaping
- Develop and implement facilities management strategies, policies, and SOPs
- Manage an internal team and external FM contractors, ensuring KPIs are met
- Lead preventive maintenance programs and manage planned maintenance schedules
- Control the FM budget, manage vendor contracts, and negotiate service agreements
- Ensure full compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Drive sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives across the portfolio
- Liaise with tenants, residents, and stakeholders on facilities-related matters
- Implement CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems for operational excellence
Requirements:
- 8+ years of facilities management experience, with 3+ in a leadership role
- Comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems, civil works, and soft services
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CAFM systems and ISO standards (ISO 41001)
- UAE experience is essential; Dubai real estate or hospitality background preferred
- Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- IFMA certification is a significant plus
