Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of technical architecture and engineering execution
- Design and implement DAML smart contracts for RWA tokenisation
- Build scalable backend infrastructure on Canton Network
- Define engineering culture, processes, and hiring roadmap
- Collaborate directly with founders to shape product vision
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards across the platform
Skills Required
- Strong experience with DAML or similar smart contract languages
- Deep understanding of distributed ledger technologies and blockchain architecture
- Proficiency in backend engineering (Java, Scala, or similar JVM languages)
- Experience building financial or institutional-grade software systems
- Excellent problem-solving and independent decision-making capabilities
- Strong communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Canton Network or Hyperledger
- Background in RWA tokenisation, DeFi, or institutional digital assets
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications or experience in Software Engineering are advantageous.
