We are partnering with a newly established, high-potential marketplace startup in the UAE to build their founding team.

These positions are part of the initial leadership layer, offering a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and directly influence how the business, product, and customer experience are built from the ground up.
We are building a style exchange platform for the MENA region — a place where great taste travels and the best finds come from real people. Our goal is to create the most fun, seamless experience for buyers and sellers of curated fashion, home, and lifestyle pieces. This is a founding team hire. The person in this role will own the brand and our acquisition and retention strategy and execution end-to-end — from community and content to creative direction and digital channels. This is not a specialist role. It is a full-stack brand and marketing position that requires both left- and right-brain thinking — someone who can write a content brief, run a community WhatsApp group, understand a funnel, and know what looks good.

- This is a builder role. You will not be handed a team, a budget, or a strategy. You will build all three. The upside for the right person is significant — both in terms of scope and growth. - Own the voice, visual identity, and tone of the brand across every touchpoint
