About the Role
Join ByteDance’s Information Systems team and help shape the digital backbone of one of the world’s most dynamic tech companies. You’ll work on the design, development, and optimization of internal enterprise systems spanning HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Workflow Management — ensuring our teams operate efficiently, securely, and at scale.

Building a global Procurement system to streamline operations.

Developing a next-generation Travel service platform for employees worldwide.
We explore industry-leading technologies, including AI-powered automation, to enhance business efficiency and reduce operational costs — while delivering secure, high-performance internal solutions.
What You’ll Do

Develop frontend solutions that support ByteDance’s global internal users.

Work closely with design, product, and backend engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient systems.

Participate in system architecture, R&D, and technical innovation for internal platforms.

Ensure exceptional performance, reliability, and user experience across all web applications.

Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement and uphold best practices in code quality and architecture.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.

2+ years of experience in frontend development.

Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Hands-on experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, Webpack, and Monorepo setups.

Proven ability to deliver high-performance and highly available web applications.

Solid understanding of frontend architecture and system design principles.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building enterprise-grade (B2B or internal) applications.

Strength in frontend architecture and large-scale web system design.
