operations assistant whose primary responsibility is to own reconciliations and core finance operations support. The role focuses on keeping cashflows, accounts, and records clean and up to date, while working closely with the Founder and external accountants in a modern, technology-enabled environment.
Perform regular bank, card, and petty cash reconciliations across multiple accounts, entities, and currencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Match and reconcile transactions between bank statements, accounting records, internal trackers, and platform exports (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Maintain and update cashflow trackers, payment calendars, and simple dashboards for the firm.
- Support month‑end routines: preparing reconciliation files, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and chasing missing documentation.
- Track accounts payable and receivable (vendors, service providers, rental income, etc.) and ensure timely recording and follow‑up.
