About the Role
Salary – up to AED 15,000 per month (depending on experience)
We are working with a world class organisation who are seeking a Finance Officer to join their leading finance team. This role is responsible for delivering accurate, efficient and compliant financial operations. Working closely with the Finance Manager and central finance teams, the role oversees day-to-day accounting activities, maintains financial records, supports budgeting and reporting, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides financial support to internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial processing.
Oversee supplier payments, banking transactions, reconciliations, and cash management while maintaining strong financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and audit preparation.
- Prepare financial reports, monitor budgets, analyse variances, and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax requirements.
- Process purchase orders, manage intercompany transactions, and maintain accurate financial records within ERP and CRM systems.
