About the Role
Our client is seeking a high-calibre
to join a leading FMCG organization in Dubai. This role will work closely with senior leadership and will combine strong financial expertise with business partnering, strategic analysis, performance management, and executive-level reporting.
The ideal candidate will be commercially oriented, highly analytical, and comfortable converting complex financial and business information into clear insights, presentations, dashboards, and actionable recommendations for senior management.
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and periodic business review processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Analyze revenue, margins, costs, profitability, working capital, and key business KPIs.
- Track actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and business plans, highlighting key variances and underlying drivers.
- Provide forward-looking insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
