The Finance Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing WYLD’s financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making. This role manages budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial statements. The Finance Lead monitors cash flow, reviews accounting entries, and collaborates with internal teams to optimize costs and profitability. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial performance, preparing management reports, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and liaising with external partners such as auditors and financial institutions. The role also contributes to long-term financial planning and helps senior leadership understand the financial impact of business initiatives.
Candidates should possess strong Finance and Accounting skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and general ledger management.
Candidates should possess the ability to prepare, interpret, and review Financial Statements, with a solid understanding of financial reporting standards.

- Practical experience in hospitality or a similar service-driven industry, familiarity with regional regulatory requirements, and proficiency with financial software and ERP systems are advantageous.
