Role Description
As Finance Associate at Odoo Dubai, you will be part of an 8-person finance team handling all accounting operations for the UAE entity. You will manage the full accounting cycle — from daily bookkeeping to financial reporting and VAT compliance — using Odoo’s own ERP platform and contributing to continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and bookkeeping
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable (AR/AP)
- Perform monthly and annual financial close processes
- Prepare bank reconciliations and financial reports
- File VAT declarations and manage tax compliance
- Process and monitor payments
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external partners
- Analyse financial statements and drive process improvements
- Coordinate with group HQ and intercompany entities
Requirements
- 1–5 years of accounting or finance experience
- Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Good knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
- CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification is an advantage
- Immediate availability preferred
