Responsible for managing company offices, project accommodations, and facility services across the UAE to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient workplaces. The role oversees facility operations, vendor performance, maintenance, procurement, and employee support while ensuring business continuity and compliance with company standards and UAE regulations.
Manage the day-to-day operations of all company offices and facilities across the UAE.
Ensure facilities are maintained in a safe, clean, secure, and operational condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for buildings, utilities, office equipment, and workplace infrastructure.
- Monitor workplace utilization and recommend improvements to maximize operational efficiency.
- Coordinate office moves, renovations, expansions, and workspace planning.
- Manage relationships with facility management service providers, landlords, accommodation providers, transport vendors, cleaning contractors, maintenance contractors, and other suppliers.
