About the Role

The role ensures that facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance while optimizing operational costs and enhancing tenant satisfaction. The Manager will develop and implement facility management strategies, oversee maintenance programs, manage service providers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support business objectives.
Develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations across all properties.
Lead and manage day-to-day facility operations, ensuring all assets are maintained in optimal condition.
Conduct regular property inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs and ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
- Manage facility budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, ensuring prompt resolution of concerns and high levels of customer satisfaction.
