is responsible for the smooth, safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of Huda Beauty’s multi-floor office environment across 3 floors in Dubai. This role ensures the workplace is well maintained, compliant with health and safety standards, and supports a positive employee and visitor experience. The role also includes leading and managing a team of 9, ensuring high service standards across all workplace support functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of a 3-floor, office environment, ensuring all areas are functional, clean, safe, and well maintained
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers, negotiating contracts, monitoring SLAs, and ensuring cost-effectiveness

- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security); conduct regular floor-by-floor inspections
- Ensure full compliance with UAE health, safety, fire, and building regulations; lead emergency preparedness, evacuation procedures, drills, and risk assessments
