About the Role
Star Software Technology DMCC is hiring a part-time Facilities Manager in a hybrid arrangement based in Dubai. You will oversee the day-to-day operations, safety, and maintenance of office premises, ensuring a secure, efficient, and well-organized work environment for a technology company in DMCC.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operation, safety, and maintenance of office premises and related facilities
- Coordinate building services, supervise vendors and service providers
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and monitor HVAC, cleaning, and security systems
- Handle space planning, office moves and setups, and inventory management of facilities supplies
- Ensure basic health and safety compliance
- Manage facilities budget, track service contracts, and liaise with property management and local authorities
- Respond to facilities requests from team members
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in facilities management or office management within a corporate or technology environment
- Working knowledge of vendor management, service contracts, and coordination of maintenance services
- Understanding of basic health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to office facilities in Dubai/UAE
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Relevant certification or diploma in facilities management preferred
