About the Role
The Facilities Engineer is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and presentation of all building systems across high-end residential and commercial developments. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service standards, maintaining asset value, and enhancing the overall resident and tenant experience in line with luxury brand expectations.
Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all MEP systems, ensuring optimal performance across luxury properties.
Manage and monitor HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, elevators, lighting systems, water features, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
Implement and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs to uphold premium property standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with FM service providers, contractors, and specialist vendors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA, and other UAE regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and condition assessments of assets and infrastructure.
- Monitor energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, supporting cost optimization without compromising quality.
