Role Description

This is far more than a conventional Executive Assistant role. Aegis Group is seeking a highly capable, polished, and energetic EA to work directly alongside the Founder & Managing Director. You will be embedded in the daily operations of an entrepreneurial business leader — managing a complex diary, facilitating high-level relationships, and becoming a trusted right hand across international business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendar, schedule, and travel coordination
  • Handle business correspondence and follow-ups with clients and stakeholders
  • Support project coordination and execution across business lines
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic documentation
  • Support business events, hospitality, and VIP guest coordination
  • Conduct research and assist with strategic business initiatives
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with utmost discretion

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Founder’s Office, or senior PA role
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack
  • Experience with AI productivity tools is an advantage
  • Background in luxury hospitality, airline industry, or multinational consulting is preferred
